Meet Our Providers
Michael Thorarinson, DNP, RN, FNP-BC received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and his Masters of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He received his Doctorate in Nursing Practice at Gardner-Webb University.
“Dr Mike” is a Board Certified by the ANCC as a Family Nurse Practitioner. He is accepting new patients and provides several minor invasive procedures in the South Winston office, including, but not necessarily limited to cryotherapy, removal of unwanted skin lesions, and basic steroid joint injections. He is hopeful to expand these services to our clinic here in Winston-Salem
He is extremely passionate about the education of new primary care providers and gives a considerable amount of clinical time to this cause.
Antonette Scott, FNP earned her Master’s of Science in Nursing at Chamberlain University in 2021 and is certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She has been a registered nurse for over 9 years with a background in acute care, public health, and pediatrics. She has a passion for providing the best care possible for her patients.
Antonette has been married for 5 years and has four beautiful children. She is a native of Winston Salem and enjoys trying new restaurants, shopping, and spending time with family and friends. She excited to meet and provide exceptional care to her new patients.
